Luscious Lemon Cake

The Best Pie Crust Evah!!

Okay I made an apple pie the other day just because. :) I wanted a really yummy EASY pie crust. I looked one up on my favorite website..recipezaar.com. This site is great. People leave comments on the recipe's they have tried and tell how they made it different. It's a great last minute go to.

40 min | 20 min prep

SERVES 8 , 2 pie crusts

• 2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup butter or shortening
• 5-7 tablespoons cold water
• Put flour into a mixing bowl with the butter.
• Using a pastry cutter, cut the butter into the flour.
• add salt and water.
• Mix until dough is formed.
• Roll out on flat surface.
• Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
