Zucchini Bake

We started our first garden this yr and we have zucchini growing out of our ears. I got creative and this is what I have come up with. It's what I call, zucchini bake. It's great as a side our a main dish.

Zucchini Bake.

Ingredients

• Zucchini- as much as you have
• Mushrooms
• onions- sliced
• mozzarella Cheese
• diced tomato's-1/2 can
• Bread crumbs-dust the top.

Combine all ingredients except the bread crumbs. dust the top of the casserole with the bread crumbs. bake at 350 till bubbly. Yummy. Hope you enjoy.
