Tuna Pot Pie
- 2 Tbs Butter
- small Onion
- 3 Tbs Flour
- 3 Eggs, hard boiled
- 2 C. Milk
- 1 C cooked diced Potatoes
- 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
- 1 can Tuna in water, drained
- 2 Pie Crusts
- Salt n Pepper to taste
Directions
- Saute onion with butter till onion is soft
- Add flour, stir and let flour cook off for 1 minute
- add all ingredients and cook till thick
- line pie pan with one crust
- pour in mixture and top with pie crust
- Bake for 10 min @ 420 degrees
- Bake for another 20 min @375 degrees.
- If your using a pre-made pie crust, you might need to cook the crust a little longer.
